Voluntary: 421 locations. The provider asked to come off.
Emergency: 164 locations.

A removal means the location's training no longer counts toward the CDL skills test. It says nothing about every person who trained there. If you trained at a school that was removed, ask the school and your state licensing agency what it accepts.

Why were these locations removed?

The registry publishes only the type of removal: involuntary, voluntary or emergency. It does not publish the reason behind an involuntary removal, so we do not guess at one.

Can I download the data?

Yes. The CSV at /data/removed-locations.csv has one row per removed location with name, provider, city, state, date listed, removal type and whether it was in person, online or traveling. It leaves out phone numbers and email addresses.
